Whenever an error is encountered while importing an order from bol.com, the import of that entire order is skipped.
This is done to avoid clutter in your Prestashop environment.
The “Skipped Order Imports” screen shows an overview of all orders that have not been imported, and why.
To ensure maximum visibility of encountered issues, a message will be shown in Prestashop’s order overview if needed.
The main reasons why an order import may be skipped are:
- You have run out of stock for one or more of the products in the order.
- Mapping a ordered product to a product in your Prestashop catalog has failed.
Every time the order fetching process runs, this data gets discarted and, if necessary, created again.
